How we moderate
Anyone can report a post, a reply, a review or a profile from its menu. Here is what happens next.
WHO DECIDES
A person at Diddo reads every report and makes the decision. When an automated check removes something, like a known scam link, the decision says so.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
It stays up
It does not break the rules. The person who reported hears that too.
It comes down
Removed everywhere, or only in one country when it breaks a law there.
Posting is paused
For a set time, after several breaks. Reading and following still work.
The account is closed
For scams, threats, or when breaks keep happening.
WHAT YOU HEAR
A notification with the rule, how we decided and what it means for you, and the last day to appeal.
APPEALS
You have six months. Someone who did not make the first decision reads it. You can also go to an independent dispute body or a court.
Once a year we publish how many reports we got, what we decided and how long it took.
